Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PromptProven, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and not share your credentials with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

PromptProven encourages the use of AI tools to solve challenges. However, the following activities are prohibited:

• Cheating — submitting solutions obtained by exploiting the testing infrastructure rather than solving the challenge legitimately.
• Account sharing — allowing others to use your account or using another person's account.
• Automated abuse — using bots, scripts, or other automated means to submit solutions at excessive rates or to manipulate leaderboards.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with other users' data or the platform's infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All challenge content, including problem descriptions, test suites, starter code, and reference solutions, is owned by PromptProven and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

You retain ownership of the code you write and submit. By submitting a solution, you grant PromptProven a non-exclusive license to store, display (e.g., on leaderboards), and use your submissions for platform improvement purposes.

Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Refunds after this period are provided at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

PromptProven is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of challenge content or test results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptProven and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or negatively impact the platform or other users. In cases of serious violations, termination may occur without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of PromptProven after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
